Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation terms for paid services on MeraKundli.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All digital products -- including astrology reports, palm reading analyses, aura reading analyses, Nadi readings, and gemstone reports -- are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
Because our services involve instant AI-powered generation of personalized content, once a report is created and delivered to you, the service has been fully rendered and cannot be reversed.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
Despite the general non-refundable policy, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Technical Failure
If a technical error on our end prevented the report from being generated or delivered successfully, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-generation of the report at no additional cost.
Service Not Delivered
If you made a payment but the report or service was never delivered (and cannot be re-delivered), you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate Payment
If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
Incorrect Report
If a report was generated with fundamentally wrong input data due to a system error (not user input error), you may request a corrected report or a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Email us at support@merakundli.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Provide your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference, the date of purchase, the service or report name, and a description of the issue.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a decision.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay's refund system
- Bank processing times may vary -- please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. While we initiate refunds within 5-7 business days, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Report Generation
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you may do so before the report has been generated. Since most reports are generated instantly after payment, the window for cancellation is very brief. If you manage to contact us before the report is generated, we will issue a full refund.
After Report Generation
Once a report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered complete and cancellation is not possible. The non-refundable policy applies as described in Section 1 above.
No Subscriptions
MeraKundli currently operates on a per-report payment model. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time transaction for a specific report or service.
6. Payment Processing
- All payments on MeraKundli are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
- Razorpay handles all payment data securely -- MeraKundli does not store your card details
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay's refund infrastructure
- For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay directly through their support channels
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You provided incorrect birth details (date, time, or place of birth) leading to an inaccurate report
- You uploaded a low-quality or unclear photo for palm or aura reading
- You are dissatisfied with the astrological content or predictions in a correctly generated report
- You changed your mind after the report was delivered
- The refund request was made more than 7 days after the purchase date
