• Birth chart (Kundli) generation using Swiss Ephemeris calculations
• Daily horoscope for all 12 zodiac signs
• Panchang (Hindu calendar) and planetary Hora calculator
• AI palm reading from uploaded hand photographs
• AI aura reading from uploaded photographs
• Nakshatra mantras and remedies
• Premium AI-generated astrology reports rooted in the wisdom of the 18 Tamil Siddhars
• Gemstone recommendations and Nadi-style readings

MeraKundli makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of predictions or the outcome of any guidance provided through our platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use MeraKundli independently
• Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the platform with parental or guardian consent
• By using MeraKundli, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement

4. Account Terms

• Registration is optional -- many features are available without creating an account
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• 3 free AI astrologer questions per day
• Nakshatra mantra lookup

Paid Services

• Detailed AI-generated astrology reports
• Comprehensive Nadi-style readings
• Detailed gemstone reports
• Premium palm and aura analysis

Prices for paid services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown clearly before purchase. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect already-completed transactions.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• The total price is always shown before you confirm a purchase
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay
• Payment confirmation is sent via email where an email address is provided

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on MeraKundli -- including text, graphics, design, code, AI models, and reports -- is the property of MeraKundli and is protected by intellectual property laws
• Generated reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from MeraKundli without written permission
• The MeraKundli name, logo, and branding are trademarks of MeraKundli

8. User Content

When you upload content to MeraKundli (such as palm or aura photographs):

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload
• You grant MeraKundli a limited license to process and analyze the uploaded content for the purpose of providing the requested service
• You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate any third party's rights
• Uploaded photos are used solely for generating your reading and are not shared publicly
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is appropriate and lawful

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use MeraKundli for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from MeraKundli
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports or content generated by MeraKundli
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
• Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MeraKundli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• MeraKundli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MeraKundli in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on astrological readings or AI-generated content

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of MeraKundli shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
